You will own and grow key relationships, serve as a trusted advisor to both brand and field marketing teams, and ensure our clients see exceptional value in every campaign.

This is not a typical account management role. It is a chance to blend strategic consulting, advertising expertise, and relationship leadership. You will lead weekly strategy sessions, deliver data-driven insights that move the needle, and guide clients through an ever-evolving media landscape.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own the Relationship: Be the primary point of contact for your portfolio of enterprise brands, forging strong, consultative partnerships with both brand and field marketing leaders.
  • Drive Strategic Impact: Lead weekly strategic conversations with marketing teams, advising them on local advertising best practices, campaign optimization, and innovative growth opportunities.
  • Showcase Advertising Expertise: Guide clients across top digital channels including programmatic, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google Search, digital out-of-home, and emerging platforms to deliver tangible business results.
  • Champion Retention & Growth: Elevate client satisfaction, deepen adoption of Hyperlocology’s platform, and uncover opportunities for expansion to make renewals a no-brainer.
  • Turn Data Into Action: Translate performance metrics into clear, actionable insights that help clients make better, faster marketing decisions.
  • Collaborate to Win: Work cross-functionally with our Ad Ops, Strategy, Product, and Sales teams to deliver seamless execution and ongoing value.
  • Be the Face of Hyperlocology: Represent the brand at customer meetings, business reviews, and industry events to strengthen relationships and bring fresh perspectives back to the team.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in digital advertising, customer success, or account management for multi-location or enterprise brands.
  • Deep understanding of key digital channels including programmatic, Meta, Google Search, and digital out-of-home.
  • Proven track record of retention, growth, and delivering measurable impact for enterprise clients.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into compelling stories and recommendations.
  • Exceptional communicator with a talent for building lasting relationships.
  • A proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
  • Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events.
