Role Overview
We’re seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to lead and grow key enterprise partnerships with some of the world’s leading franchise brands. In this role, you’ll act as a strategic advisor, ensuring our partners maximize the value of the Hyperlocology platform while driving adoption and success for both franchisors and individual franchisees. You’ll be responsible for delivering insights to your brand partners, planning and executing platform growth strategies with your brand partners, and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance our product offering.
Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Partnership Management – Own and expand relationships with enterprise franchise brands, ensuring alignment between national marketing strategies and local execution.
• Account Growth & Retention – Drive renewals, upsells, and overall account growth by proving the value of Hyperlocology’s platform and services.
• Customer Advocacy & Insights – Analyze campaign performance, provide actionable insights, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients.
• Franchisee Engagement – Work with our onboarding team to support individual franchisees with onboarding, training, and best practices to ensure they achieve advertising success.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with Product, Sales, and Support teams to improve platform features and deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Process Optimization – Identify and implement improvements to customer success workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability.
What You Bring
• 7+ years of experience in Digital Advertising, Account Management, or Franchise Digital Marketing.
• Deep understanding of multi-location advertising, franchise models, and digital marketing platforms (Facebook, Google, programmatic, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting campaign data and delivering insights.
• Exceptional relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to engage both enterprise marketing teams and local franchisees.
• A growth mindset with a track record of expanding enterprise accounts and increasing customer lifetime value.
• Experience with SaaS platforms, martech, or adtech solutions is a plus.
